		<title>Dunston Barge 59ft REF#350377</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 66 extra photos of this Dunston Barge 59ft .We are pleased to list this fabulous classic Dunston barge from 1936. Once plying her trade up and down the Humber and Trent, she was finally decommissioned in 1979 and converted to a live-aboard.

She was then further converted to what you see today around 11 years ago.

She has very roomy living accommodation for 2+2 (the saloon converts to a double). Large, well-equipped galley, good-sized double bedroom and a fantastic full bath/shower room, with both a sea toilet and a composting unit.

Power is from not one, but three good classic engines; a Lister and two Glenifer auxiliaries for manoeuvring.

She would be a superb live-aboard (as she once was), and the mooring could be available (by separate negotiation with the landowner).

She does need a little work, due to not having had the tlc lately that her (sadly deceased) Owner once gave her - and is priced accordingly.

		<title>Houseboat Converted barge REF#350207</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 55 extra photos of this Houseboat Converted barge .Rarely does a vessel come to market that so perfectly captures the romance of life on the water. This houseboat is a magnificent 67-foot steel barge dating from the 1920s — a working boat transformed, over nearly a decade of patient, passionate renovation, into one of the most beautifully considered floating homes we have had the pleasure of bringing to market.
The work has been carried out by the current owners — an interior designer and a skilled carpenter — and it shows in every detail. This is not a quick cosmetic refresh; it is a thoughtful, thorough reimagining of a historic hull, executed to a standard that many a shoreside property would struggle to match.
Step aboard and into a generous open-plan living and kitchen space that immediately sets the tone. The kitchen is Harvey Jones bespoke throughout, featuring quartz worktops, shaker and flat-fronted cabinetry, and premium appliances including a dishwasher. The living area is anchored by a cast-iron log burner — the ideal companion on a crisp riverside evening — while engineered oak flooring and electric heated ceilings ensure comfort is never compromised. Light, warmth, and a quiet sense of style pervade the whole space.
The master bedroom is a genuine retreat, with generous storage and a well-designed walk-in wardrobe area. The second bedroom offers flexibility to suit its new owners, whether as a guest room, nursery, or bespoke sleeping space. The luxury bathroom is a particular highlight, housing both a freestanding roll-top bath and a glass-walled shower — a combination that would not look out of place in a boutique hotel.
Practical needs are well served too: mains water and electricity are connected, BT broadband is installed, and a utility and storage room keeps life aboard neat and manageable.
Above it all, the sun deck is simply spectacular. Panoramic views sweep across the Hamble River — one of the South Coast&#039;s most loved waterways — and the deck provides ample space for al fresco dining, summer entertaining, or simply watching the tides and the sailing traffic drift by.
This houseboat lies in the picturesque village of Bursledon, a short distance from waterfront restaurants, independent shops, and miles of scenic walking. The residential mooring is transferable or for the adventurous buyer — relocation can be accommodated, subject to costs.
In short: this houseboaty is not just a home. She is a way of life. Viewing is not merely recommended — it is essential.

		<title>Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m REF#350113</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 46 extra photos of this Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m .Here we have a very large 18M steel passenger trip boat that has been decommissioned from active service by her owner of the last 5 years. She is complete with all her seats and was a trip boat here on the norfolk broads. carrying about 90 passengers on sightseeing trips. She has a fully reconditioned Perkins 66hp diesel engine and gearbox, and a forward driving position. The engine resides in the forward hull with a prop shaft running the length of the boat, which leave her a huge long flat open space of around 15m with all windowed sides. Her bilges are spotless and she appears to be in very good order. If you are looking for a large houseboat , floating restaurant or coffee bar or similar or just have a use for her as a commercial trip boat as she was built, then this Brook marine steel vessel may well be for you. She has lots of potential for many repurposing uses and will be a rare bird whatever she ends up doing. She has large opening roof, rooftop storage platform frames, 600l fuel tank two companionways one midships and one aft. She will need batteries an engine wiring harness and a throttle control (morse control) fitting to run her but I am informed by the vendor that she runs fine. Currently afloat and viewable by appointment.
