		<title>Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m REF#350113</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 46 extra photos of this Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m .Here we have a very large 18M steel passenger trip boat that has been decommissioned from active service by her owner of the last 5 years. She is complete with all her seats and was a trip boat here on the norfolk broads. carrying about 90 passengers on sightseeing trips. She has a fully reconditioned Perkins 66hp diesel engine and gearbox, and a forward driving position. The engine resides in the forward hull with a prop shaft running the length of the boat, which leave her a huge long flat open space of around 15m with all windowed sides. Her bilges are spotless and she appears to be in very good order. If you are looking for a large houseboat , floating restaurant or coffee bar or similar or just have a use for her as a commercial trip boat as she was built, then this Brook marine steel vessel may well be for you. She has lots of potential for many repurposing uses and will be a rare bird whatever she ends up doing. She has large opening roof, rooftop storage platform frames, 600l fuel tank two companionways one midships and one aft. She will need batteries an engine wiring harness and a throttle control (morse control) fitting to run her but I am informed by the vendor that she runs fine. Currently afloat and viewable by appointment.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. This Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m has been personally photographed and viewed by stephen biggs of Boatshed Norfolk.</description>

		<title>Wellcraft San Remo REF#347412</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 150 extra photos of this Wellcraft San Remo .***JUST REDUCED***
Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this large spacious flybridge cruiser. The boat is offered as a &amp;quot;light finishing project&amp;quot; as the current owner has had all the main works done and there are just some minor and cosmetic items to deal with.

The current owner bought the boat a year ago with the idea of going to Europe on her. To that end the current owner had a huge amount of work done to recommission what had been a liveaboard vessel for a few years. However, the owner now has been diagnosed with a serious heath issue and will no longer be able to undertake the adventure he bought the boat for, and so she is going up for sale as a fully running and working but light finishing project.

The current owner had the engines fully serviced and the entire cooling system overhauled and drove the boat several hundred miles around the coast to her current mooring in Lowestoft so she runs as she should.

He has added Raymarine doplar radar, Raymarine plotter and autopilot and a 20hp bow thruster and 9 new batteries as part of his works to the boat. The fuel tanks have been fully emptied, cleaned and the fuel polished and the fuel lines all replaced. This is all a significant investment in this boat.

The boat itself is a 1988 Wellcraft San Remo 43 flybridge and is a very spacious vessel with an enormous saloon with wrap around seating and a feature ceiling, LED   lighting configuration.  The galley down arrangement is very big and this is where the bulk of the remaining work is needed in &amp;quot;fitting the kitchen out.&amp;quot;

There are loads of storage spaces and cupboards in the galley and a fridge and a new induction hob which needs connecting. However, it really needs to be all fitted out and properly equipped.

Forward is a large bow island double which the current owner uses as a tools and equipment store room but tis all there and as it should be. The forward Jack and Jill, heads and shower is large and well equipped, clean and tidy. The aft master cabin is huge with an offset master double and adjoining small sofa, the aft heads and shower is very large and has the addition of a bath!

The boat is a very good size and wide and I can fully see why she made a great liveaboard vessel for a time. Her flybridge and outside deck space is vast and all the seating is in good order as is all the instrumentation and equipment. The current owner also fitted a 6 man life raft in hard case for his sea trips. The large canopy is in generally good order with a couple of minor repairs needed like a zip or two.

The forward deck is a large safe area with an anchor windlass and fender baskets. The boat is running on 240vAC and can also run 110v AC. she has two reverse cycle air-conditioning systems which do work but a raw water circulation pump is required to complete the system which is not a large cost as it is just a sea water pump.

At one time in its life the vessel has a large generator fitted which is no longer in place, however all the fitments and pipework appear to be there to just fit a similar unit should you wish.

The caterpillar 3208 motors appear to start and run very nicely, cleanly and smoothly indeed. The boat needs some minor cosmetic corrections here and there but these all appear to be very minor indeed.

On balance this boat represents incredible value for a large and mechanically serviced and fully working cruising boat or would make an amazing floating home with space to spare.

The current owner has a full survey when he bought the boat which is available. The works highlighted have all been addressed and the surveyor was re-engaged to return and confirm this which he has done. So if you are looking for a large floating home that can go anywhere or a cruising boat on budget then this is a great opportunity. She has all her paperwork and is a part 1 registered vessel.

		<title>Widebeam 64ft Collingwood Sailaway Fixed Wheelhouse REF#346361</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 90 extra photos of this Widebeam 64ft Collingwood Sailaway Fixed Wheelhouse.Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this custom built, one off, 64ft Collingwood Sailaway Widebeam. Originally commissioned and configured for semi-permanent residential use.

It features a large, fixed wheelhouse, which greatly enhances the available living space. The boat is fully insulated throughout, including the wheelhouse, to maximise this interior space. Compared with similarly sized barges, there’s approximately 30% more insulated living area, which gives a lot more flexibility for the layout and year-round use.

With the addition of a stainless steel balustrade and step access to the upper deck, meaning that space genuinely functions as an extended living and entertaining area.

The Canaline diesel engine has only been started and run once, as detailed and also has a bow thruster and diesel heater installed. This boat has only been stored ashore and has not been placed in the water.

This Widebeam is ready for a new owner to line and fit-out to their own design, which could provide the opportunity for business use, or as a floating home.

If you would like any further information, or to organise a viewing, then please contact our office and one of the team will be pleased to help.

		<title>Truman Defender 40 REF#345006</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 105 extra photos of this Truman Defender 40 .Here we have a great opportunity to acquire a unique and one-off cruiser.

This wooden 40 foot Truman was designed and built in 1963. The current owner bought her and ran her down the river to where she was lifted for refurbishment work but has now decided to sell her.

The decks are new and have been fully fibreglass sheathed and she has a low hour Nanni diesel fitted.

She needs a fair bit of TLC and finishing but she is all there and the local wooden boat yard specialist where she is stored will be on hand to help and advise. Also when launched they can manage the take-up of the hull while the wood re swells.

She has been ashore now for two years while works were being done and she can remain where she is. She had a full survey in 2019 (available for viewing) and has a separate rear cabin with twin berths and dresser and a large heads and shower compartment.

The cockpit has a weighted cantilever hard folding top and folding screens to allow bridge clearance. The saloon is large and has an attached across the boat galley with fridge and cooker. Forward is the twin bow cabin and additional heads.

This is being sold as a project so will need finishing but represents a great, and well priced, opportunity to acquire a large and one-off stylish wooden cruiser.

Offers will be considered so get in touch if you have interest.

		<title>JGM Madeira 27 Centre Cockpit REF#332565</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 79 extra photos of this JGM Madeira 27 Centre Cockpit.Heavily reduced to sell as she needs some cosmetic tidying up but represents a bargain opportunity.
JGM Madeira 27 aft cabin cruiser. This boat has been owned by her current owner for the last 33 years. She has not been used for the last 18 months and so is being sold as the vendor will not be using her.

She is in need of a good clean inside and out having been unattended for the last 18 months and, in fairness, the aft cabin would benefit from new curtains and possibly new cushion covers if they don&#039;t clean up.

These boats are not overly common in the aft cabin layout and represents incredible value as she is a fully running and operating boat that has new batteries, and is still in original gelcoat which would compound up a treat.

She has accommodation for 4 and a good sized shower and heads compartment with a porta potti. She has a current boat safety certificate to 14/08/2026 and her Broads toll is paid for the coming season. Also, her mooring may be available by agreement with the marina.

With a little elbow grease applied this will be a very nice little boat.

		<title>Houseboat Project REF#324111</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 48 extra photos of this Houseboat Project .This houseboat project would be perfect for someone looking to design their own floating home. Work has been started but now needs someone to either re-start it or continue with the project!

The deck area did have a wheelhouse at a previous stage to the current design but was removed at some point!
It could benefit with an addition of this to improve the overall design structure but not absolutely necessary. A very wide beam is a plus and the vendor has told us that there will be a mooring available to the new owner which will enable the work to be carried out where it currently lies.

The cooker (electric), fridge freezer and sink are all new!

A worth a look at project!
