		<title>Seamaster 813 REF#350542</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 79 extra photos of this Seamaster 813 .This Seamaster 813 diesel has not been used for a while and the owner has lost interest in the boat and is selling her off cheaply for a quick sale. The is all there and to my eye just needs a very good clean up and de-clutter. she is a standard Seamaster 813 with a BMC 1.8 diesel engine that appears to start and run as it should. She has a convertible saloon that will make into a double berth and a galley to starboard with Flavell oven hob and grill, sink and drainer and plenty of storage and a good size fridge.
moving forward there is a midships full with heads and shower area that you pass through to get to the froward double / vee berth. Sliding doors isolate the midships heads and shower from saloon and forward cabin actually making this a larger than expected ablution space.
upholstery all seem to be in good order inside and out and her floors are tidy and serviceable. She is presented in gelcoat but as can be seen needs a very good clean over externally. Her canopy is serviceable but may need replacing in a couple of years. Her boat safety certificate runs to June 2027 and she has recently been serviced. She was last antifouled in 2024. Her price is very keen and reflects that she needs a good clean and a quick sale.

Her mooring may also be available by agreement with the marina in Loddon

This boat represents aa very good opportunity to obtain a spacious diesel cruiser at a keen price in return for just cleaning her up

<title>Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining REF#350520</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 75 extra photos of this Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining. Here is a very rare and beautiful Hampton Safari 25 MK4. Only 3 of these rare boats were ever made, and this is one of the two that remain.

They are a wonderful little boat that have a huge amount to offer, and this example is very well presented and has most of her original features which makes her very special indeed.

She has been thoughtfully updated in the right places by her owners with Webasto diesel warm air heating, shore power, battery charger, two gas bottles, solar panels, new cooker and a quality fridge etc and she appears to have been kept very well by all her owners, who have obviously lavished a love and attention to detail that clearly shows everywhere you look. She is a very charming and wonderful place to be and spend time afloat in comfort.

The boat feels far bigger than she is with a good sized offset double front cabin with dresser and wardrobe. Separate heads and large shower compartments give extra flexibility that will be appreciated on a boat of this size. Stepping up to the main saloon you find a large open plan saloon and large galley to starboard that has excellent space and facilities with gas cooker, fridge and plenty of storage and work space all offering great views out of the large windows. The main saloon to port is spacious and comfortable and does convert to a double.

The helm station is to port with original instruments and all appears to be in excellent order. Aft there is a large covered cockpit with twin seating benches with upholstered seating cushions (stored in the shower when I viewed the boat), under which reside the immaculate looking and very well running engine. The gas locker and battery storage areas are beneath the other bench locker so all very neat and tidy and an excellent use of the space. This aft cockpit has a full height canopy that means you can use the space all year round, and in summer is a marvelous outside space to relax and watch the world.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to May 2030 and her Broads toll is paid to March 2027.

This is a very rare and special vessel that is presented in very good and original order and offers just the right blend of modern facilities yet retains her wonderful classic heritage.
She has had recent injector pump fitted and is serviced

		<title>Bruce Roberts 45 REF#350476</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 169 extra photos of this Bruce Roberts 45 .Boatshed Norfolk are please to offer this amazing Bruce Roberts wave runner 45 Steel cruiser. This is an unusual boat in that Its build was started new in 1984 by Brian Chater and a steel and pipe company to be an offshore charter fishing vessel in north west England. Bruce Roberts steel boat designs are effectively steel kit self build vessels. Once complete the builder changed directions and the boat was sold new to the current owner who moved it to the broads by truck and placed it on his mooring. There it has stayed to this day and has been used as a liveaboard until his passing recently. The boat has not moved in that time but has been regularly run up and shows 1600 hours of engine time in that 40 years but actually never left the dock. When built the boat had a large generator also fitted that never had the electrical side connected up and that too has been run up from time to time but is effectively zero house use. In effect its an unused well built vessel that has engine time but never left the dock and was used as a home.
The boat is vast and would make a great cruiser or even more impressive and roomy liveaboard home. She is impressively wide and this is evident from anywhere you are on or in the vessel. the space is just amazing and the layout is comfortable and flexible with a good size double in the bow with its own vanity and basin plus ample storage, large heads and shower compartment to port, single cabin to port and a large galley down arrangement with full size fridge freezer electric hob, oven grill and microwave and loads of storage. Stepping up to the enormous saloon with integrated lower helm station lots of storage cupboards and fantastic visibility from the large windows. Out aft is a huge aft cockpit that is all teak laid with both side and stern access, and access ladder the capacious flybridge. The boat has to be seen to be appreciated in its true scale . Under the floor are twin Iveco diesel engines rated at 180hp each and they appear to start and run effortlessly. The bilge is clean and dry. It is to be advised that as these engines have only been doc run they should be serviced and have the rubber hoses replaced before use as rubber does deteriorate over time. The boat should be checked and perhaps some minor recommissioning work completed such as the engine service and hoses and generator connected up to the vessel if required to be used on rivers or sea etc as she has just been a dwelling in her time from build. Given all that that she is realistically offered as a light recommissioning vessel that is exceptionally well built, very well equipped and appears to be in very good order. She has no gas system aboard and was bult as all electric thus the large 7.8kva fitted generator. The company that built her specialized in stainless steel fabrication and I can honestly say I have never seen such high quality tanks and calorifier ever fitted to a boat! the scale and workmanship appears to be first rate and of ultra heavy duty construction. The hot water tank is huge for a boat! She is also fitted with 2 reverse cycle Cruise air air conditioning / heating units that will also need to be recommissioned and put into service as it is likely to need to be re gassed as they have never been used since the boat was built. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a well built and specified vessel and is effetely lightly used and fully equipped example of these respected steel vessels. Her asking price reflects the recommissioning work that may be required.
I would estimate that it should cost no more that a couple of £K to recommission her to a fully serviceable condition, however a surveyor will be able to help quantify this more accurately. She would make a magnificent cruising boat or home at that point.
She has no BSC as she has been a liveaboard houseboat.
She was last out of the water and antifouled and new anodes fitted in 2022.

She has a large bathing platform (currently not fitted) and stainless steel davits and a full Bimini canopy for up on the flybridge.
Her teak work is substantial and her side decks are enormous with a solid and well built set of full side rails and bow rails. make no mistake this boat was built very solidly for the charter market and it shows everywhere you look.
Diesel warm air heating completes the package of this fine vessel

She would make a great charter fishing boat or dive boat as well as a cruiser or floating home and is a rare opportunity to find such a well specified example

		<title>Eastwood 24 REF#350443</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 91 extra photos of this Eastwood 24 .Here we have a very nice little river cruiser made by the Eastwood company so she is very well built and made from quality materials. She has not been attended for about 18 months so is in need of a very good clean on the outside and currently looks quite sorry for herself. however this should all clean up and reveal the swan beneath the dirt build up. She has been owned by her current owners for close on 9 years and has been a joy to them . However in recent years poor health has meant they could not get to her or attend her and so she is in need of a very good scrub up. The good boat is under the grime and can clearly be seen and she is very well equipped for broads cruising. She has a fully refurbished diesel engine with the work done by a local yard a couple of years back and this shows when you look at the engine. She has warm air heating, and anchor windlass, very good upholstery and a pleasing and useful layout for a small cruiser plus a good sized heads and full shower. Being an Eastwood she was a quality build as this yard is well respected for building higher end boats. That shows in the wonderful wood inside. The one area that could do with attention is the galley window has leaks and the wood trim is damaged inside so ideally the window needs to come out and be resealed and the wood piece replaced. This is the only real issue that I could see on my photographic journey through the boat when listing her.
She is a quality comfortable boat that can sleep 4 and has tidy galley facilities. as you would expect after being left the canopy also needs aa good scrub inside and out but appears to be in generally good order with just a single zip possibly needing to be replaced.
If you are looking for a a cheap quality little family diesel boat this boat will not disappoint after a clean up. She also clears all broads bridges so the whole network is open to be cruised
SHE IS PRICED BELOW MARKET VALUE TO RELECT THE CLEANING AND ISSUE DETAILED
She has a place at a dry store yard so is lifted in and out as required and has a Boat safety certificate which expires shortly but the owners will place a fresh Certificate on her in the coming weeks

This 1984 vessel had been in the current ownership for 15 years and is a very clean and tidy boat that has a lot to offer her new owner.

She is very tidy inside and out with a good canopy and well running and powerful Mercruiser 3.0 petrol engines that are smooth and quiet, yet give this boar a good turn of speed when required. She is presented in original gelcoat.

She has an all electric alley and no gas aboard. The galley has twin hotplates and a combi oven grill microwave and full shore power fitted. The galley has a good size fridge and ample work space and concealed sink and drainer. The saloon is spacious and all seating and bedding cushions have been re-covered in a lovely light coloured matching fabric which appears to be in very good clean and tidy order. All infill cushions are present and she can sleep 5 in two cabins. The heads and shower is very smart and spacious and her sea toilet discharges to a good size holding tank. Her carpets are all matching and the whole feel and picture is one of a clean tidy and very comfortable boat that is well equipped.
The cockpit is tidy and spacious too and the helm very well equipped with all the instrumentation you need and a vhf radio, Nav lights and a good swim platform with boarding ladder, complete the package of what is a very tidy and capable vessel. The port side saloon windows are UV crazed as they are Perspex but this is relatively easy to have replaced should you feel the need and does not really notice or detract from her.

Her mooring in Reedham may be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina operator.

Her Boat safety certificate runs to November 2026
She was last fully serviced out of the water including outdrives, anodes, antifouls and engines in 2023

		<title>Martham Boats Judith class REF#350116</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 172 extra photos of this Martham Boats Judith class .Boatshed Norfolk are so very pleased to bring this true historic broads classic to the market. Fully restored by the current owners at eye watering cost by the original builders this Judith class 34 centre cockpit is history afloat and encompasses all that the golden age of broads cruising and the best boat building that era had to offer. This Judith class believed to be Judith 8 was built by Martham boats and she has lived at the yard for much of that time with all her maintenance and her comprehensive 2009 to 2012 full restoration being completed by the yard. Apprentices that built her originally were still at the yard and working on her for the restoration! They rarely get more special or cared for than this example of classic broads boating. The restoration was fully documented and that is with the boat with a full photographic file showing just how extensive the work was. The result is simply a magnificent vessel that is sympathetic to her original build yet updated and comfortable. Her wood glows and her hull paintwork and varnish is perfection. Her frugal diesel engine has been serviced every year in the current owners tenure of 17 years and she is a comfortable, clean, tidy, dry and spotless vessel that is admired wherever she goes. She has a large aft double cabin with the main large heads and shower en suite to that. the cabin has lots of cabinetry and storage and all the wood throughout the boat is immaculate and exudes high quality and love. Moving forward we have the cockpit with fold down sides and windows so she can pass under all the broads bridges at the right tides. Seating is plentiful in the cockpit and the canvas ribbed canopy roof is a breeze to retract or put up in moments. Moving forward is the wonderfully cozy saloon which converts to two very large single berths can sit 6 in comfort. The whole boat is oak trimmed and her solid cabinetry is superb as is the stunning headlining and the windows which all give that classic and quality space feel. The oak she is lined with has its own amazing story whuch is all deatined in the restoration file.
In the forward bow lies the modern and quality fitted bespoke galley with all the equipment you would need for comfortable cruising. Diesel warm air heating, broads toll paid for the current season, a mooring at Martham that can be available to the new owner, New boat safety certificate to July 2029 and the fact that she has just emerged from her annual winter storage ashore and maintenance, which includes engine service varnish and antifoul, to ensure that she represents amazing value and a super rare opportunity to acquire what must be one of the very best classic cruisers on the network. She has an impeccable maintenance record and history and documentation to back all that up.
She would make a stunning couples retreat but with the convertible saloon can accommodate guests when required too so is very flexible without loss of space when its just a couple aboard.
She is offered at a very reasonable asking price and has had close to 3 times that spent on her by the current owners in their ownership. If you want a fabulous classic that is instantly usable and in top order, look no further. Please also note she has a fitted all over cover included

<description>Register with Boatshed to see 46 extra photos of this Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m .Here we have a very large 18M steel passenger trip boat that has been decommissioned from active service by her owner of the last 5 years. She is complete with all her seats and was a trip boat here on the norfolk broads. carrying about 90 passengers on sightseeing trips. She has a fully reconditioned Perkins 66hp diesel engine and gearbox, and a forward driving position. The engine resides in the forward hull with a prop shaft running the length of the boat, which leave her a huge long flat open space of around 15m with all windowed sides. Her bilges are spotless and she appears to be in very good order. If you are looking for a large houseboat , floating restaurant or coffee bar or similar or just have a use for her as a commercial trip boat as she was built, then this Brook marine steel vessel may well be for you. She has lots of potential for many repurposing uses and will be a rare bird whatever she ends up doing. She has large opening roof, rooftop storage platform frames, 600l fuel tank two companionways one midships and one aft. <title>Aquamarine Riverboat 26 REF#350063</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 75 extra photos of this Aquamarine Riverboat 26 .Here we have a very spacious and tidy example of the Tardis-like Aquamarine 26 Riverboat with inboard diesel engine. This a modern, spacious cruiser very well presented in original gel coat throughout.

She has a full size double cabin under the cockpit plus a forward double and a small single in the large open plan saloon. There is a good sized shower and heads compartment to starboard. The use of space is nothing short of amazing in the length of the boat.

She feels bigger inside than she looks outside and is a very comfortable, light and airy place to be. Her upholstery all appears to be in good condition, as has the light oak woodwork. She is comprehensively equipped for cruising the Broads with diesel warm air heating, fridge and full pressurised hot water system with shower plus a toilet holding tank.

Her carpets are all in good shape and the headlining&#039;s are similarly very good. There are a couple of small areas of headlining edge trims that could do with minor attention bit this does not detract from the visual impression and is very minor indeed.

She has a tidy 2009 Beta twin cylinder diesel delivering 14hp and has recently been re propped for better cruising speed and is a well starting and running serviced motor that is very frugal and incredibly quiet! New Victron battery chargers and Lithium domestic battery and new starter battery all complete the current picture of this lovely little river cruiser

She had a new canopy in 2021 by Bailey and Stone who also made the new cockpit cushions that are currently stacked in the aft cabin.

Her Boat Safety Certificate has just been renewed (March 26) now so she will have 4 years on that for the new owner. She is being sold with her full current inventory so is a complete package for the new owner. Her mooring on the southern broads may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina. The current owners of the last 2 years have spent over 5k on this little treasure but have now decided to give up boating

She will make a vey nice first cruiser for a couple or a small family and is a modern and stylish vessel that will not disappoint

She is very well presented and extremely well maintained by her owner of the last 20 years who has genuinely spared no expense in keeping her in very good order. She benefits from a nani diesel motor fitted when the current owner bought the boat Her wood glows with quality and love and she has just had the side planks replaced and her decks replaced by a respected local wooden boat yard in 2024 and then repainted the hull so she it very smart and in great order. She was last antifouled in the winter of 2024, She is one of just two remaining of her class that I am aware of out of about 7 built. This particular boat was apparently the private boat of Mr Moore himself.

She has a Boat Safety Certificate to May 2026 but the current owner will be getting that full Boat Safety Certificate renewed for the next 4 years. She was last serviced this time last year and again the current owner will be having her serviced in the coming weeks so she will de done for the new owner.

This boat represents incredible value and stunning style so grab yourself a bargain while you can as this rare and quintessential classic broads cruiser is a real head tuner and will sell quickly at what is a very realistic asking price.
Her broads toll is paid for 2026 and she does have a full all over fitted cover and her central broads mooring should be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina.
