		<title>Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m REF#350113</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 46 extra photos of this Brooke Marine steel passenger 18m .Here we have a very large 18M steel passenger trip boat that has been decommissioned from active service by her owner of the last 5 years. She is complete with all her seats and was a trip boat here on the norfolk broads. carrying about 90 passengers on sightseeing trips. She has a fully reconditioned Perkins 66hp diesel engine and gearbox, and a forward driving position. The engine resides in the forward hull with a prop shaft running the length of the boat, which leave her a huge long flat open space of around 15m with all windowed sides. Her bilges are spotless and she appears to be in very good order. If you are looking for a large houseboat , floating restaurant or coffee bar or similar or just have a use for her as a commercial trip boat as she was built, then this Brook marine steel vessel may well be for you. She has lots of potential for many repurposing uses and will be a rare bird whatever she ends up doing. She has large opening roof, rooftop storage platform frames, 600l fuel tank two companionways one midships and one aft. She will need batteries an engine wiring harness and a throttle control (morse control) fitting to run her but I am informed by the vendor that she runs fine. Currently afloat and viewable by appointment.

		<title>Lightship 93 Historic Vessel REF#345567</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 32 extra photos of this Lightship 93 Historic Vessel.Lightship 93 is one of the most iconic vessels currently in London and is now for sale through Boatshed London.

The historical vessel was built in 1938 in riveted steel, she is 134 feet long (just over 40 meters) with a beam of 25 feet. Her spectacular lighthouse tower rises 15 metres above the level of the water. The ship retired from lighthouse service in 2004 and was sympathetically restored to operate as an events venue, film location and photographic studio. She has hosted many famous names from the music, fashion and acting world.

The vessel could continue to operate as a live/work photographic studio and location, she could be converted into a unique houseboat or developed into a spectacular AirBnB business.

Lightship 93 offers about 330 Sqm of internal space and about 250 Sqm of deck space on two main levels. There are six cabins in total. The four crew cabins have been maintained with their original mahogany furniture, a bright cabin in the wheelhouse benefits from stunning porthole windows, and a large double bedroom has been obtained from the master’s quarters astern. The galley has been fitted with iconic English Rose reclaimed kitchen furniture. A large bathroom features an antique French copper bath and there are a small en-suite serving the crew’s cabins and a cloakroom conveniently situated by the office. The vast former machine room is currently used as a photographic studio and it is complemented by a generously sized daylight changing room and an iconic office space.

The Lightship can stay at her current location but there are limited facilities onsite. An alternative mooring has been secured in Wapping with walk-ashore access, which would suit a commercial enterprise.

		<title>Mitchell 31 Mk II REF#344126</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 79 extra photos of this Mitchell 31 Mk II.We are pleased to offer this Mitchell 31 Mk II, which is a rugged, seaworthy motor cruiser originally developed in the UK during the 1970s, with the 1976 Mk II variant being one of the most popular and enduring versions.

Designed primarily for offshore and coastal cruising, the Mitchell 31 is renowned for its solid construction, excellent sea-keeping abilities, and practical layout.

Over the past two years, this boat has undergone extensive upgrades and improvements. Highlights include a professionally built and installed custom stainless steel rudder, precision-machined rudder stock, stainless steel stern tube, and a custom-fabricated stainless steel water lock, along with associated components. A custom-manufactured prop shaft has also been fitted, featuring water-lubricated shaft and rudder bearings.

The vessel now boasts a completely new hydraulic steering system, including emergency steering capabilities. A new bilge pump system has been installed, comprising two Rule computerized automatic bilge pumps with all associated wiring.

In addition to the significant mechanical upgrades, the boat is equipped with a top-tier Raymarine Axiom navigation and electronics package. This includes two 12&amp;quot; HybridTouch monitors, a Raymarine Quantum Radome, Fishfinder sonar, and a Raymarine autopilot system. The value of the Raymarine equipment and its professional installation alone is estimated at around £10,000.

Originally being prepared for charter fishing, the vessel also comes with a comprehensive array of safety equipment. This includes a selection of life jackets, an 8-man life raft with EPIRB, a separate ACR EPIRB, a SOLAS grab bag with essential gear, flares, and first aid supplies.

A significant amount of money has been invested in this boat over the last two years. She is now ready for coding and charter use, or would make an excellent, well-equipped private day boat.

Unfortunately due to health reasons, the current owner is no longer able to continue with the project.

Lemsteraak Blom is a ship from the 11.20 meter line originating from the renowned yard Skipshelling. A compact yet versatile barge, with shallow draft. What stands out about this barge is the practical layout and effectiveness of the design.

This example was brought back from the Netherlands to the UK during 2017 and is currently coded to MGN280 for commercial use.

Due to retirement, this Dutch Barge is now for sale and would be ideal as a liveaboard. Once onboard it appears to have been well looked after and is maintained to the standards required for a commercial vessel, which speaks for itself.

<title>Richard Dunstan Workboats RMAS Waterbus (Snub Nose) Class REF#332653</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 193 extra photos of this Richard Dunstan Workboats RMAS Waterbus (Snub Nose) Class .*** 23 July 2025 survey available *** - here is the surveyor&#039;s summary:

&amp;quot;The vessel was built approx 1981. The vessel was originally built for the RMAS as a workboat and has been used as a dive vessel. The vessel is very well built and has been very nicely converted from a workboat to a vessel with comfortable living area and the added bonus of it still being motorised and keeping its historical naval heritage charm. But as with all vessels of this age maintenance and up keep is priority to having a happy ownership.&amp;quot;

Take a moment to pause and imagine life on board, surrounded by the countryside and river - it could be bliss! Especially as this boat could come with her own riverside berthing, complete with lawn and large flower bed, by separate negotiation.

This Richard Dunston Work Boat is believed to have been built for the Ministry of Defence and based at Portsmouth naval dockyard and used to ferry Royal Navy staff around the harbour and bases located there until 2003, when she was apparently sold to a dive company and converted to a dive vessel until she fell into private hands in 2018.

Now she has been converted to attractive and comfortable accommodation . Her forward accommodation consists of a large area, now used as a laundry, with its own en suite composting toilet - this was previously a kitchen, then a bedroom - the equipment has been removed, leaving behind the washing machine and lots of storage space.

Her bridge is pretty much as it always has been, with lots of vintage touches and great views over the locale.

In her after accommodation, you&#039;ll find a really well appointed and large saloon, kitchen, toilet and bedroom - the decor has been really thought about and it really feels like a nice and cosy place to be - of note is the feeling of sturdiness and strength throughout the whole boat. Her last survey, in 2020, attested to her hull thickness being not far off what it was designed to be at build.

Down below, we have a large engine room, with a working V8 Dorman diesel and lots of other associated plant. Two other compartments also house her steering gear, plus more storage.

Investment so far includes a central heating system, a refitted kitchen, a full 24V electric system with inverter and solar panels - her owners say that they live off grid during the summer, with generator use for an hour or two day over winter.

All in all, she feels like a very good conversion from industrial to private use, whilst actually retaining her potential ability to either work, or continue as a moveable boat.

Subject to agreement with the vendors, you may be able to buy and keep her where she is, subsequently renting her current berth privately for £600 pcm, or purchase the freehold mooring for £125,000.

Please note that we are only brokering the sale of the vessel.

These boat details are subject to contract.

		<title>ODRA Shipyard 19.75m Steel Survey REF#322027</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 156 extra photos of this ODRA Shipyard 19.75m Steel Survey .Here we have a very flexible 19.75m Steel survey boat built in 1976. She was built in Poland and has been a pilot boat and a survey vessel.

She has a large wheelhouse containing a very comprehensive control and helm suite, work areas and storage, a microwave and with direct access to the engine room, aft cabin area and aft deck. The twin Kent screens provide good visibility in bad weather and she has roof lights so aid viewing upwards.

She has new safety systems fitted to include 2 x 8 man deck mounted self deploying life rafts, new EPIRB and flares and more.

The aft cabin has 4 bunk berths, a small galley with its own heads and shower and heating. There is a large aft deck area with access down to the aft storage and steering room which gives great access to the steering gear and offers a lot of storage or workshop space.

Moving forward is the separate forward accommodation with 4 bunks, heads, shower and heating. The foredeck has access down to the focsle which is a good size but also has a small moon pool for survey instrument deployment and this also has a deck Derek that feeds through to the same area to deploy or retrieve the test kit from the deck level. There is a separate Derek at the rear on the aft deck area.

The machine space is very well laid out and houses the main engine which is a 420HP WOLA v12 diesel which is apparently very economical. There are also twin 18kva 415V diesel generators flanking the main motor plus a compressed air system and a fire fighting pumping system. There is even a well equipped workshop area in the machine space. She is full of fuel at 6T which is about 6500L.

Sailing trials are welcomed by the vendor once a deal is agreed and a deposit paid. The boat was drydocked last last year and re blacked and new anodes fitted and hull plate thickness checked. She has been certified for 60miles from safe haven use in her life and if to be used commercially this will need to be renewed. SCMS certification can be organised by the vendor at an additional cost of £60k if required. If she is to be used privately she would have great potential as a go anywhere vessel that would also convert into a spacious, capable and characterful home from which to see the world.

If you are looking for a commercial or survey vessel or even the chance to head to to sea for a new life afloat this boat has a huge amount to offer. The vendor will deliver the boat by sea at a cost to be agreed, which gives great confidence in the vessel.

		<title>voorwaarts 18m steel Industrie Tug 1938 REF#311753</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 130 extra photos of this voorwaarts 18m steel Industrie Tug 1938 .Heavily reduced.

Knowing where to start with a special and historic vessel is always tough.

Here we have a rare Dutch steel tug from 1938. She was built by Voorwaarts for use in the Netherlands and is a registered Dutch historic ship.

She is not your average boat and is lavished in history that includes being used by the allies in the early days of World War II before being taken over for a time and operated by the German Kriegsmarine to service u-boats! Yes she is very special and has a long and fully documented history which you can look up online.

The current owner, it has to be said, is a heavy machine enthusiast and bought her in 2014 and sailed her across the North Sea to the Norfolk broads where she has resided ever since.

This is a fully working and work capable tug from a classic era and her 3 cylinder Industrie 3VD6A slow running 150hp engine runs very nicely from a small day tank of about 100l. This motor is like a museum piece and appears to have been very well looked after all its life. The engine, when running, is affectionally described by the owner as &amp;quot;the three old ladies nattering&amp;quot;.

Make no mistake, this is a serious boat that will charm anyone and draw crowds and enquiries and admiring looks from everywhere she goes. She is presented in fully working order with heating throughout and onboard generator etc. There is a large aft cabin that is currently a store room that would easily make nice cabin with direct access to the stern deck.

The large elevated wheelhouse is everything you would expect from such a boat with the biggest steering wheel I have ever seen! The comfortable galley is forward of the wheelhouse and well equipped and a deck down at main deck level. Below this on the forward lower deck are the two main cabins and heads compartment.

If you love history and want to stand out, or want to create a &amp;quot;real ship&amp;quot; experience for a holiday let or similar, then this will be an incredibly unique and high value experience. Or if you just have the desire to own a true historical classic with oodles of character then this is going to be your ideal opportunity to do so. The boat has a current Boat Safety Certificate and this will be renewed for another 4 years shortly. She had new rudder pintles, tailshaft bearing and a galley refit in 2010. Her last survey was in 2014 and is available for inspection
