		<title>Narrowboat 47ft with Residential London Mooring REF#350561</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 40 extra photos of this Narrowboat 47ft with Residential London Mooring.Boatshed London are delighted to offer this very well presented 47ft Narrowboat for sale with residential mooring at Three Mills Moorings, Bow E3.

Probably the most affordable moorings in London, boats rarely come available here and this 1977 boat is offered in excellent condition having received numerous recent upgrades.

This charming boat has evidently been well looked after as, despite her age, her lines are clean and sharp. Having been blacked in March 2025, the current owners also have a hull survey from the same time.

The boat had an interior refit in 2022 and a new BSS issued until 2027. It is functionally laid out with entry via the well-deck, into the saloon and galley, where there is a new gas hob and 2x 240v fridges. Further down, the wet room bathroom is fitted with a shower and porta potti. The cabin has a full sized double bed with storage underneath, and a clothing rail.

The mooring is a 5-minute walk to the transport network at Bromley by Bow tube (District/Hammersmith &amp; City lines), as well as Pudding Mill Lane (DLR) and close Stratford Westfield and the Olympic Park.

Boats benefit from being moored bow to stern as opposed to side by side meaning more privacy, as well as light and views from each boat.

The safe and secure mooring is located within a picturesque heritage area adjacent to Three Mills Green park which gives residents a large, green open space right on their doorstep. Once the ‘Sugar House Island’ development is complete, it will enhance the value of Three Mills with a new private community garden for residents, as well as restaurants and shops.

Residents have access to laundry facilities, storage sheds, a BBQ area, cycle storage and a car park. Current mooring fees are £620pcm which is one of the lowest you&#039;ll find in London. There is a 5% + VAT mooring transfer fee payable by the buyer.

Access to the engine space is via the steering deck, and is surprisingly large, making working on the engine much easier than many narrowboats.

Previously, she has had a replacement baseplate and double-plates welded along the waterline. As is to be expected with a boat of this age, regular blacking, and hull inspection is important.

These boat details are subject to contract.

		<title>Seamaster 813 REF#350542</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 79 extra photos of this Seamaster 813 .This Seamaster 813 diesel has not been used for a while and the owner has lost interest in the boat and is selling her off cheaply for a quick sale. The is all there and to my eye just needs a very good clean up and de-clutter. she is a standard Seamaster 813 with a BMC 1.8 diesel engine that appears to start and run as it should. She has a convertible saloon that will make into a double berth and a galley to starboard with Flavell oven hob and grill, sink and drainer and plenty of storage and a good size fridge.
moving forward there is a midships full with heads and shower area that you pass through to get to the froward double / vee berth. Sliding doors isolate the midships heads and shower from saloon and forward cabin actually making this a larger than expected ablution space.
upholstery all seem to be in good order inside and out and her floors are tidy and serviceable. She is presented in gelcoat but as can be seen needs a very good clean over externally. Her canopy is serviceable but may need replacing in a couple of years. Her boat safety certificate runs to June 2027 and she has recently been serviced. She was last antifouled in 2024. Her price is very keen and reflects that she needs a good clean and a quick sale.

Her mooring may also be available by agreement with the marina in Loddon

This boat represents aa very good opportunity to obtain a spacious diesel cruiser at a keen price in return for just cleaning her up

<title>Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining REF#350520</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 75 extra photos of this Hampton Safari Mk1V Sedan Rare Mk4 one of only 3 made and only 2 remaining. Here is a very rare and beautiful Hampton Safari 25 MK4. Only 3 of these rare boats were ever made, and this is one of the two that remain.

They are a wonderful little boat that have a huge amount to offer, and this example is very well presented and has most of her original features which makes her very special indeed.

She has been thoughtfully updated in the right places by her owners with Webasto diesel warm air heating, shore power, battery charger, two gas bottles, solar panels, new cooker and a quality fridge etc and she appears to have been kept very well by all her owners, who have obviously lavished a love and attention to detail that clearly shows everywhere you look. She is a very charming and wonderful place to be and spend time afloat in comfort.

The boat feels far bigger than she is with a good sized offset double front cabin with dresser and wardrobe. Separate heads and large shower compartments give extra flexibility that will be appreciated on a boat of this size. Stepping up to the main saloon you find a large open plan saloon and large galley to starboard that has excellent space and facilities with gas cooker, fridge and plenty of storage and work space all offering great views out of the large windows. The main saloon to port is spacious and comfortable and does convert to a double.

The helm station is to port with original instruments and all appears to be in excellent order. Aft there is a large covered cockpit with twin seating benches with upholstered seating cushions (stored in the shower when I viewed the boat), under which reside the immaculate looking and very well running engine. The gas locker and battery storage areas are beneath the other bench locker so all very neat and tidy and an excellent use of the space. This aft cockpit has a full height canopy that means you can use the space all year round, and in summer is a marvelous outside space to relax and watch the world.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to May 2030 and her Broads toll is paid to March 2027.

This is a very rare and special vessel that is presented in very good and original order and offers just the right blend of modern facilities yet retains her wonderful classic heritage.
She has had recent injector pump fitted and is serviced

		<title>Bruce Roberts 45 REF#350476</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 169 extra photos of this Bruce Roberts 45 .Boatshed Norfolk are please to offer this amazing Bruce Roberts wave runner 45 Steel cruiser. This is an unusual boat in that Its build was started new in 1984 by Brian Chater and a steel and pipe company to be an offshore charter fishing vessel in north west England. Bruce Roberts steel boat designs are effectively steel kit self build vessels. Once complete the builder changed directions and the boat was sold new to the current owner who moved it to the broads by truck and placed it on his mooring. There it has stayed to this day and has been used as a liveaboard until his passing recently. The boat has not moved in that time but has been regularly run up and shows 1600 hours of engine time in that 40 years but actually never left the dock. When built the boat had a large generator also fitted that never had the electrical side connected up and that too has been run up from time to time but is effectively zero house use. In effect its an unused well built vessel that has engine time but never left the dock and was used as a home.
The boat is vast and would make a great cruiser or even more impressive and roomy liveaboard home. She is impressively wide and this is evident from anywhere you are on or in the vessel. the space is just amazing and the layout is comfortable and flexible with a good size double in the bow with its own vanity and basin plus ample storage, large heads and shower compartment to port, single cabin to port and a large galley down arrangement with full size fridge freezer electric hob, oven grill and microwave and loads of storage. Stepping up to the enormous saloon with integrated lower helm station lots of storage cupboards and fantastic visibility from the large windows. Out aft is a huge aft cockpit that is all teak laid with both side and stern access, and access ladder the capacious flybridge. The boat has to be seen to be appreciated in its true scale . Under the floor are twin Iveco diesel engines rated at 180hp each and they appear to start and run effortlessly. The bilge is clean and dry. It is to be advised that as these engines have only been doc run they should be serviced and have the rubber hoses replaced before use as rubber does deteriorate over time. The boat should be checked and perhaps some minor recommissioning work completed such as the engine service and hoses and generator connected up to the vessel if required to be used on rivers or sea etc as she has just been a dwelling in her time from build. Given all that that she is realistically offered as a light recommissioning vessel that is exceptionally well built, very well equipped and appears to be in very good order. She has no gas system aboard and was bult as all electric thus the large 7.8kva fitted generator. The company that built her specialized in stainless steel fabrication and I can honestly say I have never seen such high quality tanks and calorifier ever fitted to a boat! the scale and workmanship appears to be first rate and of ultra heavy duty construction. The hot water tank is huge for a boat! She is also fitted with 2 reverse cycle Cruise air air conditioning / heating units that will also need to be recommissioned and put into service as it is likely to need to be re gassed as they have never been used since the boat was built. This is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a well built and specified vessel and is effetely lightly used and fully equipped example of these respected steel vessels. Her asking price reflects the recommissioning work that may be required.
I would estimate that it should cost no more that a couple of £K to recommission her to a fully serviceable condition, however a surveyor will be able to help quantify this more accurately. She would make a magnificent cruising boat or home at that point.
She has no BSC as she has been a liveaboard houseboat.
She was last out of the water and antifouled and new anodes fitted in 2022.

She has a large bathing platform (currently not fitted) and stainless steel davits and a full Bimini canopy for up on the flybridge.
Her teak work is substantial and her side decks are enormous with a solid and well built set of full side rails and bow rails. make no mistake this boat was built very solidly for the charter market and it shows everywhere you look.
Diesel warm air heating completes the package of this fine vessel

She would make a great charter fishing boat or dive boat as well as a cruiser or floating home and is a rare opportunity to find such a well specified example

		<title>Narrowboat 57ft Cruiser Stern REF#350446</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 60 extra photos of this Narrowboat 57ft Cruiser Stern .This charming narrowboat offers a great opportunity to purchase a vessel with a unique design. Inspired by the artist Fernando Iturbide, the exterior of the boat is decorated in the style of his paintings.

Built in 2006 by Liverpool Boats, the vessel has a great layout below, freely flowing from the galley, to the saloon, through the bathroom and into the sleeping cabin at the bow. There is great headroom throughout the boat and a good level of storage, with draws under bed, and a closet in the main cabin. The bed also extends to create greater width.

Heating is via a number of options; the solid fuel stove is capabable of heating the whole boat, but there is also an Alde boiler powering radiators down the port-hand side, which runs on both gas and electricity.

The walk-through bathroom has a hip-bath as well as a shower and there is a separate electric flushing loo going to a holding tank.

Although the current mooring is not available, there are spaces at this location (very close to Broadway Market, E6) and CRT may well allow the boat to stay should the new buyer wish. The boat has been moored at this location since 2018.

The boat was last out of the water for blacking in December 2020.

BSS expires in February 2030.

		<title>Eastwood 24 REF#350443</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 91 extra photos of this Eastwood 24 .Here we have a very nice little river cruiser made by the Eastwood company so she is very well built and made from quality materials. She has not been attended for about 18 months so is in need of a very good clean on the outside and currently looks quite sorry for herself. however this should all clean up and reveal the swan beneath the dirt build up. She has been owned by her current owners for close on 9 years and has been a joy to them . However in recent years poor health has meant they could not get to her or attend her and so she is in need of a very good scrub up. The good boat is under the grime and can clearly be seen and she is very well equipped for broads cruising. She has a fully refurbished diesel engine with the work done by a local yard a couple of years back and this shows when you look at the engine. She has warm air heating, and anchor windlass, very good upholstery and a pleasing and useful layout for a small cruiser plus a good sized heads and full shower. Being an Eastwood she was a quality build as this yard is well respected for building higher end boats. That shows in the wonderful wood inside. The one area that could do with attention is the galley window has leaks and the wood trim is damaged inside so ideally the window needs to come out and be resealed and the wood piece replaced. This is the only real issue that I could see on my photographic journey through the boat when listing her.
She is a quality comfortable boat that can sleep 4 and has tidy galley facilities. as you would expect after being left the canopy also needs aa good scrub inside and out but appears to be in generally good order with just a single zip possibly needing to be replaced.
If you are looking for a a cheap quality little family diesel boat this boat will not disappoint after a clean up. She also clears all broads bridges so the whole network is open to be cruised
SHE IS PRICED BELOW MARKET VALUE TO RELECT THE CLEANING AND ISSUE DETAILED
She has a place at a dry store yard so is lifted in and out as required and has a Boat safety certificate which expires shortly but the owners will place a fresh Certificate on her in the coming weeks

This 1984 vessel had been in the current ownership for 15 years and is a very clean and tidy boat that has a lot to offer her new owner.

She is very tidy inside and out with a good canopy and well running and powerful Mercruiser 3.0 petrol engines that are smooth and quiet, yet give this boar a good turn of speed when required. She is presented in original gelcoat.

She has an all electric alley and no gas aboard. The galley has twin hotplates and a combi oven grill microwave and full shore power fitted. The galley has a good size fridge and ample work space and concealed sink and drainer. The saloon is spacious and all seating and bedding cushions have been re-covered in a lovely light coloured matching fabric which appears to be in very good clean and tidy order. All infill cushions are present and she can sleep 5 in two cabins. The heads and shower is very smart and spacious and her sea toilet discharges to a good size holding tank. Her carpets are all matching and the whole feel and picture is one of a clean tidy and very comfortable boat that is well equipped.
The cockpit is tidy and spacious too and the helm very well equipped with all the instrumentation you need and a vhf radio, Nav lights and a good swim platform with boarding ladder, complete the package of what is a very tidy and capable vessel. The port side saloon windows are UV crazed as they are Perspex but this is relatively easy to have replaced should you feel the need and does not really notice or detract from her.

Her mooring in Reedham may be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina operator.

Her Boat safety certificate runs to November 2026
She was last fully serviced out of the water including outdrives, anodes, antifouls and engines in 2023

		<title>Dunston Barge 59ft REF#350377</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 66 extra photos of this Dunston Barge 59ft .We are pleased to list this fabulous classic Dunston barge from 1936. Once plying her trade up and down the Humber and Trent, she was finally decommissioned in 1979 and converted to a live-aboard.

She was then further converted to what you see today around 11 years ago.

She has very roomy living accommodation for 2+2 (the saloon converts to a double). Large, well-equipped galley, good-sized double bedroom and a fantastic full bath/shower room, with both a sea toilet and a composting unit.

Power is from not one, but three good classic engines; a Lister and two Glenifer auxiliaries for manoeuvring.

She would be a superb live-aboard (as she once was), and the mooring could be available (by separate negotiation with the landowner).

She does need a little work, due to not having had the tlc lately that her (sadly deceased) Owner once gave her - and is priced accordingly.

These boat details are subject to contract.
