		<title>Ingrid 38 Ketch Pilot House REF#350267</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 81 extra photos of this Ingrid 38 Ketch Pilot House. This Ingrid 38 was professionally built and commisioned in 1995 by renowned boat builder, Howard Makela (Makela Boatworks) and she is constructed of Douglas Fir planking on White Oak framing.

She was hauled out in 2025 and had a stem to stern refresh by the current owners; a pair of very fastidious and detail oriented graduates of the PNW Wooden Boat School in Port Townsend WA.

As with all Ingrids, she is a heavy, stable blue water sailboat. Trustworthy and solid, she goes where she is pointed without complaining. No doubt, she can keep her crew safe and comfortable in any sea state.

She is also one of very few Ingrids that is offered as a pilot house. All records including drafts and blueprints are available.

In the cabin, you&#039;ll find a warm and bright array of cabinetry and joinery that is as solid as the day she was commissioned. A cabinet full of build sheets, system records and manuals will be included with sale and available for viewing for interested buyer. Inside and out she shows wonderfully and is &amp;quot;right as rain&amp;quot; structurally as well as aesthetically&amp;quot;. Her interior is dry and clean. All fittings and joinery are tight. No stains or signs of water ingress around fittings. Bilges are dry and clean.

She has a modern Raytheon Radar along with Raymarine, and KVT navionics. All systems function as they should. She needs nothing except a mindful owner, provisioning and desire to carry on.

Her current owners are the 3rd. They are true mariners as well as skilled shipwrights. She has been well loved and cared for, however, a new opportunity has been presented so they have decided to sell.

This Ingrid 38 presents a rare opportunity for the solo sailor or couple to venture off into the deep blue or live aboard and travel the Pacific Northwest.

		<title>Colvic Countess 37 Owners cabin REF#350226</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 136 extra photos of this Colvic Countess 37 Owners cabin .Boatshed Essex are pleased to be presenting this tidy Colvic Countess 37, purchased from new at the Boatshow in 1989 and fitted out by the current owner and launched in 1991.

There intention was to sail the Meditaranean, which they did and lots more extended cruising over the years in their ownership.

A spacious blue water cruiser with a deep centre cockpit and a good sized aft cabin, with ensuite heads.

The owners report the boat to have a safe and comfortable feel, with the spacious centre cockpit, making it ideal for families and longer distance cruising. Room on deck is equally comfortable, with spacious side decks and large foredeck.

The volume of space extends to the traditionally laid out interior, with good headroom, two heads, with one being en-suite to the aft double cabin. The well equipped galley provides plenty of room for preparing meals and spacious saloon with port and starboard seating and large drop leaf saloon table, provides plenty of space for relaxing and socialising.

This version looks to have been well maintained over the years, with tidy interior woodwork. When I visited the boat, I was struck by its light and spacious feel due to the number of hatches, windows and the open space below, which also provides comfortable accommodation, with ample headroom and storage.

This boat is an attractive option for a range of uses including the potential for coastal cruising, extended passage making and live-aboard possibilities. This boat appears to be a solid, tidy, spacious boat with an excellent reputation.

She is designed to be easily handled by a couple with a separate fore cabin and head for guests. Her ketch rig, allows for a variety of balanced rigs for any weather. She is a comfortable and excellent sea boat that will look after her crew in any weather and she is easily handled and predictable under motor. The deep cockpit and cockpit enclosure keeps the wind and spray off and extends the living space.

The owners haven&#039;t used the boat in recent years, as detailed, although maintained her and have reflected this in the price.

If you have any queries or would like to organise a personal viewing, then please do contact our Boatshed office and we would be happy to help.

		<title>Nauticat 38 Pilot House REF#350105</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 132 extra photos of this Nauticat 38 Pilot House .This Nauticat 38 Pilothouse is a classic example of the robust Finnish pedigree these boats are known for, offering a solid, comfortable platform for extended cruising in all weathers. The pilothouse layout gives excellent protection and visibility, making her particularly well suited to Scottish and northern cruising, while still retaining the warm, traditional feel below. Her long keel and substantial displacement inspire confidence at sea, and the ketch rig provides flexible and easily managed sail options, with a newer suit of sails fitted in 2020 complemented by a full set of older spares. The Selden spars and recent standing rigging add further peace of mind.
Below decks she feels warm, practical and welcoming, with generous headroom, plenty of natural light and comfortable accommodation for up to six in two cabins and the saloon. The layout works well for living aboard, with a fully equipped galley, diesel cabin heating, hot and cold pressurised water, and two heads including an electric toilet. The Nanni 85hp engine, installed in 2007, offers strong, dependable power and is well matched to the boat, while the addition of a bow thruster makes close-quarters handling far less daunting. On deck she is well set up for cruising with ample winches, good ground tackle with electric windlass and remote, and a comprehensive navigation and safety inventory including AIS, autopilot and liferaft. Overall, this is a capable, well-specified cruising yacht with real character, ideal for anyone looking for a serious passage-maker that remains comfortable and manageable.

		<title>Oyster 39 REF#347236</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 85 extra photos of this Oyster 39 .The Oyster 39 is a classic centre-cockpit cruising yacht, known for her solid construction and comfortable layout. This example has a notably wide, beamy feel which translates into generous interior space, including a particularly large aft cabin that many owners value on these boats.

The ketch rig and long keel give her the look and feel of a traditional cruising yacht, designed with steady passage making in mind.

The aft deck is also a good size, offering plenty of space to move around and a comfortable area to spend time when at anchor or in harbour. Inside, the layout reflects the practical cruising design Oyster became well known for.

This boat is very much in need of a comprehensive refit and should be viewed as a project. However, being an Oyster, she appears to have good bones and could offer a rewarding opportunity for someone prepared to invest the time and effort to bring her back to her former glory.

Her engine turns and the indicated 66 hours&#039; running concur with its exterior appearance.

For the right person, she may represent an interesting project and the chance to restore a well-regarded cruising yacht.
