		<title>Broadblue Prestige 38 REF#350504</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 100 extra photos of this Broadblue Prestige 38 .This Broadblue 38 is the Prestige model that has the en-suite heads/shower next to the starboard aft cabin. The Broadblue 38 is identical to the Prout 38 and this would have been one of the first built under the Broadblue name. She is a spacious and comfortable long distance cruiser with 3 good size double cabins.
As you enter the main saloon you have a large curved seating area with a large curved table. There are 2 storage lockers forward of the bench seating close to the forward windows which has a large storage area below. The nav station is on the port side of the saloon with a swivel seat and the large Radar/Plotter fixed above.
Moving down the steps into the starboard side of the boat you come to the good size galley with fridge, cooker, double sink and plenty of storage and room to manoeuvre. Forward of the galley is a double which the owner uses as storage but he has the cushions at home for use as a double bed. Aft of the galley you come to the walkthrough heads with shower and then arrive in the double cabin. Moving over to the port side you have another aft double cabin and forward of that is an area with plenty of storage space etc for general use and forward of that is the second spacious heads with shower and again forward of that is a good size storage area with a door. This is a lovely example and the owner has just had the standing rigging replaced and the both sail drives had had new seals fitted whilst it was out of the water.
The boat has just been launched and will be moving back up to its swinging mooring up at Barrow in Furness where it will be available for viewing and can easily be moved back to a marina for a buyers survey.

		<title>Leopard 50 REF#347123</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 47 extra photos of this Leopard 50 .The Leopard 50 is just a brilliant design in so many ways. The construction of carbon-infused ring frames in the most critical areas has been pioneered on the larger all-carbon racing catamarans and is now successfully being applied in this Leopard cruising catamaran so that it can offer the best possible mix between comfort, space and performance.

The exterior space is superb with private places for guests to feel they have their own space, whether that is in on flybridge seating watching the world go by or lying on the flybridge sun pad catching some rays. The cockpit is vast with full enclosure and large table to facilitate a dinner party. With a well located cockpit drinks fridge, it also has the essential Caribbean aft sunshade when on anchor to stop glare.

The forward seating is just fantastic when on anchor with the breeze coming at you and shade from the coach roof make this a great place in the daytime to relax and stay cool.

The helm position has excellent 360 visibility with all the controls leading straight to the helm station which can also be fully enclosed.

The interior is more like an apartment (the headlining shade pulls back so you can see the mainsail from inside), the saloon and galley areas would put many apartments to shame - so all this gives a &#039;no compromises&#039; lifestyle while living aboard.

		<title>Lagoon 39 REF#347013</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 71 extra photos of this Lagoon 39 .The Lagoon 39 is a well known and respected model designed by VPLP.

The model packs a lot of punch for its size making it feel much bigger than its overall length of 39 feet.

This sail plan is very easily handled with electric halyard winch and self tacking jib with raised helm position giving an excellent 360 view.

The cockpit is large and spacious and opens in the saloon with sliding glass hatch to the port side galley.

This being the owner&#039;s version means excellent living quarters in the port hull with large bed, desks and dry heads with proper shower cubical. The starboard hull offers two larger cabins with a single shared head.

This example has seen little use over the last two years and does need some new canvas and instruments, however the boat itself presents well.

		<title>Leopard 40 REF#346777</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 101 extra photos of this Leopard 40 .The Leopard 40, like other Leopard models before her, is a product of South African boat builders Robertson and Caine, and includes a unique, modern design thanks to experienced naval architects Simonis and Voogd as well as Robertson and Caine&#039;s design team.

She resembles her predecessors in speed, agility, and blue-water performance, but her enhancements include an increased volume in the hulls and a design consistent with the rest of the Leopard range currently in production.

The Leopard 40’s interior design is unlike any Leopard before her. Her galley is located forward and the forward-facing settee and table are now located aft. This allows for a panoramic view with large sliding glass doors between the saloon and the aft cockpit. This arrangement promotes easy communication for guests and an open flow between the saloon and the aft cockpit, and a fusion of indoor and outdoor living space.

In addition, the galley area includes a large forward-facing window and an access door to the forward platform of the boat. The access door enhances the open concept feel and easy navigation in and around the yacht. It also promotes ventilation throughout the interior.

Like the rest of the Leopard line, the new Leopard 40 includes a light blonde interior with a light, modern and airy feel.

The starboard hull is dedicated to the owners. Aft is a queen berth with storage below and on each side. All the way forward is the separate shower stall with room to shower with a friend! Between are hanging lockers and storage cabinets and more hanging lockers and more storage cabinets.

The port hull is dedicated to the guests with staterooms fore and aft. Between are storage and hanging lockers as well as the guest head with separate shower stall. Great access is provided to service the air conditioning units in each hull as well as other machinery and wiring.

Foredeck access is either from the wide side decks or through the door from the main saloon. The walkway from the door provides the safest and most secure access to the anchor, windlass and associated gear. On either side of the walkway and just forward are huge deck lockers with room for all the fenders, lines, spares and supplies a 40’ cat can carry.

The aft deck has a great “U” shaped dinette and table with storage underneath and is covered by the expansive hardtop. All exterior cushions are custom made in Ft Lauderdale and much more comfortable than originals. Aft section of seating has a “flip” backrest for facing forward or aft, great for watching the bait or lures skip behind the boat!

Steps lead down to the water on both sides. Cockpit shower with hot and cold water on port side. Dinghy davit system lifts the tender well above the water for safe and secure stowage.

Helm station is slightly raised on starboard side and very protected by overhead hardtop. All sailing lines and main halyard are lead to the helm and can be managed by sheet stoppers and the electric, self-tailing winches..

This example has just been phased out of The Moorings fleet with recent inspection and currently being maintained by a local management company.

		<title>Robertson and Caine 4300 REF#346612</title>
<description>Register with Boatshed to see 78 extra photos of this Robertson and Caine 4300 .The Leopard 4300 is an excellent model from Robertson and Caine, and a well respected design and build.

The hulls are stepped and easily driven, the sail plan is a decent size compared to modern cats, due to not having a fly bridge and only slightly raised helm position means the mainsail remains a decent size.

Also the engines are shaft driven and further forward in the boat creating a better balance. All these factors give the boat an overall good performance compared to more modern designs.

The use of space on these models above and below deck is superb, basically you can&#039;t make better use of the available space with the large saloon and galley area, plus four cabins and four heads.

This example has had many upgrades including large davit and solar arch and many other systems onboard.

The wrap on the topsides is about to be removed and the hull buffed and polished.

The design features a modern, sleek profile with characteristic stepped hulls and a signature forward cockpit.

It offers excellent speed and easy handling under sail, performing well in light-to-moderate wind conditions thanks to its substantial rig.
